Description & Operation:

Hanger Type shot blasting machines are widely used in very large production output.

  • These machines can be used for more than one variety of components of different sizes, shapes and weights.
  • Machine is Equipped with different size of Blast Wheel Rotors varying according the job dimensions.
  • A motorized hanger is provided for Job Handling and the rotating speed of hangers can be regulated by AC  Drives.
  • Screw conveyor inside machine cabinet is provided for recirculating the abrasive media for reuse.
  • After the media is transferred to Bucket elevator system which provide recovery of blasting media for
    continuous blasting.
  • The fine dust particle are sucked through Dust Collector System which consist exhaust fan impeller powered with electric motor. Coarse particles are trapped inside the Filters which shall be cleaned through pulse jet system of motorized shaking system.
