How It Works

hanger is outside, allowing operators to load or unload workpieces. This dual-hanger system enables continuous operation without interruptions, increasing production efficiency.
Once the parts are loaded onto the hanger, the hanger rotates inside the blast chamber as high-velocity abrasive media, propelled by powerful blast wheels, strikes the workpieces. The rotation ensures that every surface of the workpiece is thoroughly cleaned. After the blasting cycle is complete, the hanger moves out of the chamber for unloading, and the process repeats with minimal downtime.
