Room Size & Configuration:
- Custom Dimensions Available: We design blast rooms in various sizes ranging from compact enclosures for small components to large, walk-in rooms suitable for heavy equipment or long structures such as wind tower sections, pipes, and trailers.
- Side or End Entry Options: Depending on workflow and space availability, the room entry and exit doors can be positioned accordingly.
- Lighting & Lining: Bright LED lighting with options for rubber or manganese lining to enhance durability and visibility during blasting.
Blast Room Door Opening Options
We provide a variety of entry and exit door configurations to suit your component size, material handling method, and workflow needs. Each door type is designed for ease of access, sealing efficiency, and operator safety.
- Slit Opening (with Overhead Conveyor Compatibility)
Specially designed for integration with motorized or manual overhead I-beam or monorail conveyors. Allows job components to pass through narrow vertical slits in the curtain or panel without exposing the entire room to the outside environment—perfect for continuous blasting operations.
- Motorized Rolling Curtain Door
A space-saving, automated solution that rolls vertically, providing smooth and fast access to the blast chamber. Ideal for workshops with limited floor space or frequent entry/exit cycles. Comes with optional interlocks for operational safety.
- Four-Leaf Hinged Door
A traditional and highly durable door system consisting of two central and two side-hinged panels. Allows full-width opening for easy loading/unloading of large components using forklifts, trolleys, or cranes. Doors can be manually or pneumatically operated.
- Sliding or Bi-Parting Door (Optional)
Large horizontal sliding doors, either single or bi-parting, available for wide openings. Ideal for blast rooms installed in tight locations where swing or roll-up doors are impractical.
Abrasive Recovery System Configuration:
