Finishing Process and Applications:

The operator places the tyre mould onto the turntable or work car. If equipped, the turntable tilts hydraulically or pneumatically to allow better access to complex surfaces. Once inside the blast cabinet, the door is closed, and the selected blast system (suction or pressure) is activated. The abrasive media—such as glass beads or aluminum oxide—is propelled onto the mould surface, removing built-up rubber and carbon without damaging mould geometry.
