Cabinet Type Abrasive Blasting Machines are enclosed surface preparation systems designed to clean, finish, or texture a wide range of components in a controlled and dust-free environment. Types of Cabinet Blasting Machines

1. Dry Type – Suction-Based Blasting Machine

Utilizing the Venturi suction principle, this system draws abrasive media into the blast gun using vacuum pressure created by compressed air. It is economical, easy to operate, and ideal for light-to-moderate cleaning, deburring, and finishing tasks.

2. Dry Type – Pressure-Based Blasting Machine

3. Wet-Based Blasting Machine

Combines water with abrasive media to form a slurry, which is then propelled onto the surface. The water cushion reduces dust, prevents heat build-up, and delivers a smooth finish. Ideal for delicate materials or environments where dust control is critical.
