Finishing Process and Applications:

Wet blasting works by mixing abrasive media with water to form a slurry. This slurry is pumped from the holding tank and propelled through the blast nozzle under pressure. When it strikes the surface of the component, it gently removes contaminants, oxidation, coatings, or residues without embedding abrasive particles or generating heat. The media-water mixture cushions the blasting effect, resulting in a smooth, satin-like finish. Spent slurry falls to the base of the cabinet, where it is filtered and recirculated.
